Whether you like it or not – you already have a personal brand. Built up over the years, your behaviour, your treatment of others, your career choices, social circle, physical image, the language you use, and so on, all create perceptions of you in others.
Take these sometimes instant, hard to shake perceptions, combined with the expectations of you that follow; and there you have it – your personal brand.

Getting to know me is a highly interactive and engaging workshop series that can be designed to take place over 2-4 full day sessions.
It invites individuals to really think about who they are, what they do, why they do what they do, what it is that makes them special or different and what they want to achieve over time.
These important questions are explored within the context of others so that delegates can consider the similarities and differences between how they perceive themselves, how they are perceived by others and how they would like to be perceived.
The key outcome of this workshop is that delegates will learn how to develop their own brand vision and identity system, which can be used to guide and inspire all future brand building programmes that they decide to engage in.
Depending on the duration of the workshop, participants can also learn how best to implement, build and manage their brand across social media, web and conventional media channels.
Up Close & Personal is a bespoke one on one solution.
It is based on a coaching model where the coachee meets with one of our certified personal brand coaches once a week for a minimum of 8 weeks.
During these sessions we will explore where you are and where you want to be. You will also be given homework exercise that encourage self-reflection and help you to get more in touch with how others perceive you.
These sessions are designed to help you to think about your purpose, unique characteristics and personal brand vision.
Together we will put clear goals in place that will help you to get to where you want to be.
Part of this process will also include the development of a personal brand vision and identity system, which will stand you in good stead as you implement, build and manage your brand.
