Improve and INNOVATE Business Models

We work with the Business Model Canvas (from Alex Osterwalder), a strategic tool for developing new business models or documenting and improving existing ones. The Business Model Canvas consists of nine parts: customer segments, value propositions, customer relationships, channels, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners and cost structure. It is a hands-on tool that offers focus, flexibility, and transparency which fosters understanding, discussion, creativity, and analysis.
